COFFEE LANDSCAPE

In Antioquia we produce the best coffee of the world.






For years, the Colombian Coffee has been preferred in the whole world for those who know all the confidence that a simple cup of coffee can give as you drink it. TV commercials and a lot of different kind of publicities have tried with success of curse, to sell our coffee, even if they don´t really know the real world behind the images. If you, dear reader want to know about coffee and the manufacturing connected with a huge effort to produce coffee in mountains with 30° of inclination you should come to Antioquia Southwestern in Colombia.





Tips:

Colombian coffee must be collected by hand; the topography allows not another way to do.

There are a lot of especial coffees in this sub region actually. Even when they grow in the same land, you can taste a lot of different proprieties in each one: Candies, wines, chocolates, citrus, and tobacco. The most commons, for example in Jerico town are the honeyed ones.

·         Visit to coffee shop A to learn three different ways for prepare coffee.
·         Visit to coffee shop B to learn and see the tostión process of the coffee bean.
